DELIVERY POLICY
We ship worldwide via international airmail. Delivery may
take 7-14 working days depending on where you are in the world.
DISCREET SHIPPING
Our products are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked padded
envelopes to protect your privacy and confidentiality at all
times.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
All orders will be sent out via Registered Airmail from our
head office in Asia. Estimated delivery time is between 7
- 14 business days.
Express Mail / Courier delivery service (approximately 3
to 5 business days delivery time) is also available and will
cost US$18. Please select this option if you want to have
your order delivered quicker.

EXCHANGED POLICY
If the product has been damaged in transit, you may return
it to us for a free one-for-one exchange. You will be responsible
for the costs of return shipping.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of order
placement, provided the order has not been shipped. If the
order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order as it
is already on its way to you. Thank you for your understanding.
BILLING
You will be billed by our authorized retailer, DalPay Retail
